Payment, Refund & Subscription Policy

1. Unauthorized Transactions & Disputes

If you notice a charge on your statement from SETBIN CONNECT PRIVATE LIMITED that you did not authorize, please contact our support team immediately. Since these transactions are processed via Razorpay and not Google Play, we handle all disputes directly.

  • Information Required: Date of transaction, Amount, and UPI Transaction ID or last 4 digits of the card.
  • Our Commitment: We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a full resolution within 30 days (as per RBI guidelines).

2. Refund Policy

We offer refunds for digital purchases made through our alternative billing system (Razorpay) for:

  • Technical Errors: Charged but service/content not delivered.
  • Duplicate Billing: Accidental double-payments for the same item.
  • Timeline: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction.
  • Payout: Approved refunds are processed back to the original source (Bank/UPI/Card) within 5–7 working days.

3. Subscription & Cancellation

For all recurring payments (subscriptions) in India:

  • Pre-Debit Alerts: You will receive an SMS/Email notification from Razorpay/your bank at least 24 hours before any automatic debit.
  • High-Value Transactions: Any renewal above ₹15,000 will require a one-time OTP authentication.
  • How to Cancel: You may cancel at any time by visiting [Link to your website's Account Page].
  • Post-Cancellation: You will retain access to premium features until the end of the current billing cycle.

Note: Uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription; you must cancel it via the link above.
